Many of you who have been doing collections will be pleased to hear that Fiona is expecting a baby for early July, therefore contact Nicole to volunteer. Collections are always a good way to get known and raise money and in this difficult economic climate is essential to the amount of money we raise each year. Furthermore, it is getting more and more difficult to be accepted by supermarkets that support their charity of the year.
QUIZ 9th MARCH 2012 at 8pm
A new venue for this time: the Avoncroft Art Centre, Redditch Road. As unfortunately there will be no bar, remember to bring your own drinks and glasses. As usual we will have our fish and chips supper.

Since our branch started in 1988 a great deal of money has been raised and we are getting closer to the millions pounds. All this is thanks to a very small hard working committee and we do need more help to carry on this vital work.
Each member is responsible for some aspects of fundraising. It all depends on how much time you have and how much you would like to do. You do not have to be present to each fundraising activity but whatever you can do would help tremendously.
